We’ve missed you! Glad to see you back, kind sir ♥️🙏🏽 Looking forward to the new content & do hope you reconsider keeping the channel alive after this series even if videos are few and far between. ♥️
It’s such a coincidence that I just started watching your videos today and you just uploaded a video after several months of inactivity. Welcome back :)
I was so happy to see a new video! Thank you. I'd love to have a tutorial about putting a hard cover on a stack of pop-up pages. I took one pop-up book apart and I feel ok about the result but I'd love to hear from a professional. I looked everywhere for instructions and found nothing. Thanks again.
I don't mean to intrude, but last year I had the same problem and someone on the comments recommended this video and it worked out great for me. Hopefuly it goes the same way for you; th-cam.com/video/ciO6jwrx5og/w-d-xo.html (But of course I'm also waiting for Mr' duncan's)
Welcome back. When I first got the notification I thought : strange , that must be a very old video reposted but no 🤗 Completely new material for us. Thank you
I only just discovered your channel yesterday while doing research for an art project, but it’s nice to see you!! Thank you for making such amazing resources :)
Heyyyyy 👋🏽 it’s good to see again!!! I just found a pop up cd 💿 case I made based off your videos a few days ago!! All of your videos are great and have soooo much information! Thanks for sharing! ❤☺️🙏🏽 😮
That version you have of the waterfall is actually not available on any tutorials, or maybe very hard to find. The version they have is showing the succeding flaps, where as yours conceal them. Maybe you can teach us this one as well, please? :)
I'm so happy to see you making new videos. By the time I got into pop-ups you had already wrapped up the original series, which I devoured. Now I'll get to learn along with your new videos. I do have one question though. I bought the same glue you are using and it works great, but how do you handle getting it off your fingers? I alwas have so much extra that comes out and never really know what to do with it. Thanks.
How to get glue off your fingers? - Let it dry and then it peels off very easily. The problem of glue oozing out of the tube? - This happens because a bubble of air has accumulated in the tube. To stop it happening - Start by propping up the tube with its cap on and the nozel pointing upwards; leave it like that for a little while so that the air bubble can rise to the top; take off the cap and gently squeeze the bottom of the tube to squeeze out the air; as soon as the glue appears at the tip of the nozel replace the cap.
Love your instructional videos! Question: I am not sure on your second unfurling device where you glued the images. Could you explain? I think I saw one on each of the 1.5 cm sections of the yellow strip but can't see where the one behind them is attached.
The yellow image piece is stuck onto the first (front) section of the strip - the red image piece is attached to the second section - the blue image piece is attached to, and juts up from, the pink V-Fold.
Can the 45° fold holding the right of the parallelogram be excluded? Since the left 45° fold located at the center of page already pulls the parallelogram up?
No, you need both the 45 degree folds - they work against each other to make the structure stable. But you could experiment - just put on the central one, and if the whole thing doesnt work add the other.
Great to have you back! Looks like you've got a whole series planned for us!
Brilliant as always! We missed you, thanks for coming back with more tutorials 👍
