Thanks for the info.....I came to know that EB3 visa waiting period for India is 11 years ....Please give info on this, my exam is next month ....and if so then is it a good idea to go with my husband on L2 visa and process for a Green card there ...
You can appear for NCLEX anytime because your license will never expired only condition is renewing process timely. Also you can process your EB3 anytime after changing your status of visa like L2 or any student visa but remember you will get your green card as per your country waiting time no matter you are inside or outside USA.
Individual have different experiences so better to get reviews before buying any material, mostly used but not limited to Archer, Uworld, Remar for NCLEX and aspire

Always depends from which country you live and always refer to visa bulletin. Also how faster you can get an employer

It’s both, than only you are qualified some states not providing licenses so NCSBN scores are mandatory to submit

What you will suggest to me I passed direct or staffing agency.. for direct agency which one is better..
All direct agencies have similar process, so i wouldn’t recommend any name but i would definitely suggest to approach for direct hire

Mam if we do ielts already prior to nclex exam do the ielts validate upto visa screening
Before visa screening it should be valid so once visa screening approved it’s valid
Can we apply for visa without having a priority date
It’s always better to apply thereafter, because every country has different waiting periods

It depends if you get employer for sponsorship and also your country waiting time but yes it’s possible and circumstances should be considered
