Honestly this mod is very much one of the definitive ways to replay the game. Like you've said before, the heavy storm and snow really make this mission look even more amazing.

Thanks, I appreciate that. :) It’s become a tradition to upload a snow/winter mod of a some kind every year, but GTA IV with snow remains my favourite thing to revisit during the holiday season. Just has a perfect feel to it.
There’s also hacks of old Mario games where people have totally remade the levels but still using the same game and engine or whatever. But anyways there’s a ton of them including Christmas and other holiday themed ones. You can find long plays on TH-cam without commentary and stuff. Not trying to advertise for them btw I just figured you’d enjoy them as well. I am a big fan of the holiday game videos as well honestly so.
Man, you really inspired me to play my own winter mod of this game. It's my first playthrough and probably my favourite GTA game yet. I played it once as a kid and didn't want to adjust to the realism, coming from the OG games. But it's an absolute masterpiece and best enjoyed with the snow-filled cities, especially at this time of year!
I have always prefer snow on new york setting since Max Payne and indigo prophecy. Can't wait for the new remake for Max Payne and the snow environment.
This one and several other ones in the entire series are just a big homage to the movie Heat. So I hope for 6 they reference a completely different set of crime movies. Preferably modern ones that take place in Florida.;
If anyone wondering why Willzyyy uses Carbine Rifle on his GTA 4 2020s gameplays nowadays when he used to have Assault Rifle on his GTA 4 2010s gameplays? Simple, That was the time he likes AK-47 more than M4 back in 2010s until he realizes that M4 has slightly longer accuracy and damage than AK-47.
Could you do a full detailed tutorial video about how to install it? I already found some other snow mods, and they doesn't fit perfectly like this one. Also, I have no clue on how to install mods in GTA 4 lol
