The corgi came out great! Regarding multiplacer… do you just roll tape between your fingers, push it in placer by hand? It worked SO well the one time I got it right but it’s usually uneven, lumpy no matter how I put it in placers. Do you trim the tape to be flush with placer? Think I’m making this harder than it is.
I do roll the tape and cut the length of the roll to fit the multiplacer. Perhaps you are using too much tape. You could always measure the length of tape each time to see if there a certain length that works best for your multiplacer and then you'll be more consistent the next times.

@@marilynb0509 So far the double sided tape has been the best wax alternative I've used. I'm glad someone tried it out and told me about it. I wish I thought of it lol.
I get double sided tape that is at least the width of the multiplacer and cut about an inch length (which fits well in my metal multiplacers) and then roll it into a tube shape. I cut the tape tube to fit in my multiplacer. If your double sided tape is not as wide as your multiplacer, I've had success putting 2 tape tubes side by side in the multiplacer too.

This older comment popped up...I've be subscribed to Mindy's channel from even before I started my own channel. I am actually doing some gnomes for Gnomevember. I've finished 2 already. I've tried to get Ikea frames online too but they were not available for shipping at the time either. I think it is just low supply. Luckily I have been able to get some frames from when Michaels did the buy 1 get 2 free sales so I do have more right now.

I hope you enjoy your big diamond painting! I normally stick to 40x50 and smaller but I have dabbled in the larger ones on occasion.

I don't seal a diamond painting unless it is going to be displayed without covering. I would seal it after it is completely done.
