It’s vegetarian oyster sauce and it’s available in most Asian grocery stores but if it’s hard to find in your area you could mix some mushroom stock with a bit of soy sauce, sweetener and corn or tapioca starch together instead. For the mushroom stock either cook water with dried shiitake and optional kombu or grate the shiitake and add it to the sauce.
