- Beautiful example of totally original (100%) CB 750 Four K5 in Planet Blue Metallic paint job. Bike has NEVER been restored. Every single bolt is original. 100% complete. Its condition is like it came out from factory few years ago (not forty). Just take a look at spokes, hubs and wheel rims - they have not been renovated ! 26900 documeted miles on the clock. Still running perfectly. Everything works just fine. Runs silky smooth, rides almost like first Bandit from mid 90-ties, all the way up to the tacho red zone. Owners manual, warranty & service book, 3 original keys, certificate of authenticity from USA Honda Dealer. Very nice paperwork which is very important while sellig such collector item.

This was the ultimate motorcycle of its time (...) It was light years ahead of the competition.(...) I mean these brakes were for aeroplanes, even most american cars did not have those brakes at the time. (...) How do I buy one, who do I have to kill to get this bike ? (...) He was a bike that could do nor to 60 in 5 seconds and for such high quality engineering it could run for over one hundred thousand miles trouble free. It was the first time a bike, it was durable and reliable. (...) Riding seven fifty is boring, because it's too smooth and it does everythink a little to well. I guess brithish and Italian bikes were about emotion, Harleys are about emotion, whereas the Honda was.. it was much more clinical bike. Kid could take it to the boxes, it performed, it stopped, it cornered, it looked good but it's just a bit boring. (...) I want you listen to this, close your eyes and pretend this is Ferrari (...)

I owned an identical Honda CB 750 K5 bike with the same color and everything. It ran like a top, was fast as hell, pulled like a freight train and never had one mechanical problem. It was WAY ahead of its time while the Harley's of the day would vibrate the fillings out of your teeth and leaked oil like a sieve.
I did too! Mine had a Wingjammer II fairing and Bates saddle bags and trunk. Sure with I still had it. Life made me sell it after 3 years with 23,000 miles on it. :(

It's a show piece. Too immaculate to ride. This belongs in a museum so it can be preserved in time for everyone to enjoy.
The best example I have ever seen.
man, someone took excellent care of that bike. no cam chain slap. even the original muffler resonators. So many people pulled those out in the first week of ownership. Mine lasted 6 years before they rusted out. I replaced them with brand new ones. Even the Honda shop looked at me like I was crazy. He said that I'm the first customer to replace them. No doubt the sweetest motorcycle I ever owned. It handled like a pig and not the fastest bike on the road but I was happy with it.

I wish I could find one of these, at a reasonable price. I have a 1974, and put 250,000 on it, wore it out. Best bike I have ever had, and I have had 10 motorcycles.
A few months ago,there was one listed on Craigslist locally for $1500.Same year and color and all original and perfect shape.

I put over 100,000 on my sandcast 69 and a lot of those were hard miles. Sold it in 82 before the sandcast craze.

Wow, if only 😟 sold my CB750 F1 (76) but had fallen in love with the K2, K4 or K6 in blue but couldn't afford one, but this one is most excellent, well done 😀

I don't know if I would tag as unrestored new and old parts an polishing is restored an 26000 mile 40 year old bike don't ever look that good owned a lot restored alot but still luv the sound and nostalgia God bless

My dream bike
I had a CB 650 that I bought from a guy in the Navy for $300.00. I bought a Harley sportster and when I did I rode the honda to get it. I told the guy who had the shop to just keep the honda. I'll tell you though that the honda was bullet proof. Nothing ever went wrong with it.

Had the identical bike except I had drop handle bars. A car didn't stop at a stop street and I smashed into it at about 40mph. Bike was a write off and I was badly injured.
I miss my 750. Had a 73 750K1 all chromed out.

If that bike was not restored then why doesn't have the yellow paint marks or torch check and bolts being in the proper place

I have a 74' 750 super sport if you're still interested
26000 Mi and there's no discoloration on the exhaust coming straight out of head from Heat I'm not an expert but that's kind of suspect to me
I do believe that the exhaust is double skinned which stops the discoloration. I had a 76 cb750 four super sport ,that had a original 4 into one , and it was in just the same condition as this beauty. . that was over 13 years ago , now I just purchased a gs1000 e 1981 , in perfect condition. 17000 original miles, 2 owners

Sorry but it's been restored. Engine finish is not original, wrong gear shifter. To nice for an original bike. Looks great though.
