@sarahsunshine78 this is the Colorsilk Medium Auburn. I'm getting so many white hairs on my temples, I went a little darker. This is closest to my natural 🤭 a struggle!! 🤣

Anyway, your coloring is beautiful and I love that you get such a great result from a boxed dye. I’ve always had good results with ColorSilk. I couldn't place the brand you were talking about until you showed the bag. It's no big deal and you say it the way you like, but if you are interested in the right pronunciation, it's "Lox see tahn", tahn like the A in Apple. Occitanie is a region in the south of France well known, among other things, for its wine and lavender. The mother company is from France and they source their ingredients there (or used to). "L' occitane" means "from Occitanie".
I pronounce it the way we were trained at Sephora by the brand reps; but I've been told I have a little accent so that may affect it some 🤭
Not a critique at all. You should hear French people pronouncing "Nike" or "hamburger" 😅
