Thank you. If you loosen the top and bottom mounts then do the adjustment on the bottom bolts that should be the best bet to alter the height. Then just do the top bolts up to hold in place.
this video brought me to your channel i now know i can align the door with that bottom bracket i watched your whole build so far and i find you have great ideas but low standards of craftmanship and thats a shame instead of doing something perfect as long as its close that'll do donkey that ll do lol i must be half way through this playlist now and i am seeing improvements in your work and im still here watching so you must be doing something right
There’s a little trim piece on the end of the roller track that is held on with a torx bit. You just need to remove the torx bolt then slide the trim out.
The central locking works off of the body of the van, so no need to swap anything over. The door and the van have connections on that meet when the door is shut for the central locking to work.
is there any height adjustment as the door seems to have dropped on the left side and doesnt stay closed properly, comes ajar setting off the door open alarm on dash thanks
I would probably loosen the bolts on the top and bottom brackets slightly and then slide the door shut properly. Then from inside tighten the bolts back up. There’s adjustment on those brackets.
Great vide - if I needed to adjust the height the door was fitting, would those same bottom bolts be where it's adjusted?

Much appreciated! IU'll let you know how I get on :-)

Hi mate...how did you get the plastic trim off the roller?

What did you need to take off the old door so the central locking works?
