स्वर बदलने के लिए आपने जाँघ बोला हैं maam जब की बगल (armpit) बोलना था क्युकी जाँघ के निचे अगर pressure बनाएंगे तो जिस तरफ का स्वर चलना हैं उसी तरफ के पैर की जांग के निचे pressure (पहले के लोग खाना खाने से पहले अपने सीधे पैर के निचे support रख दीया करते थे, ताकि सूर्य नाड़ी activet हो जिससे जथर अग्नि प्रज्वालित हो जाये )बनाना होगा। जहा तक मुजे पता हैं। 🙏🙏🙏
