Oh yay! I like the idea of you having a website. Makes things easier to buy from you. My blind self likes simplicity. Easier for my screen reader on a page. Rather than hunting down a product on eBay. On eBay you have no choice but to go on photographs. Here I can hear you open the item, and know your not going to shaft me on a crap product that’s damaged or something like other sellers have done. ❤️ hope you and the wife are doing well.
I used to work in retail years ago and it wasn't just amazon that excepts everything. We had the same people every year buy deck furniture in may and return it in september just to buy a christmas tree that they would return in january. The around the store it was the joke that we were rent a center.
The item at 34:00 is used to wash a little kid's hair. You fill it up with water, place the yellow part against their forehead while they tilt their head back and pour. It for kids afraid of water getting in their eyes.
I agree with you on restrictions on returns. I have worked for both Walmart and Target as a cashier and have seen the most questionable things ever. my most pet peeves is that when a person says that they don't want their clothes to get dirty on the conveyer belt but reality it is already in the first place. people don't think that there are people whom touches the clothes that are either sick, don't wash their hands after toilet uses, tried on by homeless people, etc. just mind blown.
I've learned Alot from this video. I learned that toy returns have very few toys. Mostly baby stuff 😂. You should open a baby re-sell shop, you'd have it stocked by the 13th box lol. I've also learned that parents think items like "snot suckers" and "gas passers" are a good idea, until they get a nose full of baby fart, and a mouth full of snot! Also I like listening to your "horror stories". It's an honest look at what you do, and what you have to deal with. The ups and downs! Never censor yourself! I like you Clint. Used to see a lot of return scams when I worked retail. A big one was air mattresses, you could always tell when there was a big event in town like Kentucky Derby because we would sell a lot of them and then after the event everyone wanted to return them (after their out of town guests had left). We finally had to say, no refunds only exchange for the identical item. We had kitchen items returned with food still on them, and we had one person return a vacuum that was just the box with some rocks in it. Got a lot of used merchandise and corporate came up with this stupid policy called "The Desk of Yes" which stated we had to take back any item regardless of condition. Amazon does have a limit on the number of returns a customer can do in a set period of time, but they still end up with a lot of sketchy returns. And some items they can't resell so they will just give a refund and tell you to keep or throw away the item.
Love the change in your expression each time you got another pool accessory 😂 By the time you got to the last pair of goggles I was rolling. People scam returns at brick and mortar stores all the time too. Unfortunately some employees don't check the returns carefully and end up taking back the customer's old item that they put into the new item's packaging. I've had associates accept cell phones returned that weren't purchased at our retail chain as the IMEI wasn't ours. Have even had them accept phones that were from a different carrier that were put into our carriers box. The errors were most often due to laziness on the associate's part.
And WAAAAYYYYYYY TOO much in seasonal returns!!!!!! THAT SUCKS!!!!! I agree, Amazon needs to list swim/pool/beach items as NO RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!

I recently watched an older video of 2peasinapod video where you sent them a mystery box of baby stuff before Bella was born. It was amazing! You were so thoughtful. It made Jessica cry. It’s youtubers like you that everyone loves to watch. You always think of other people! You rock! I think the pacifier goes with the other stuff! All those baby’s look the same! Lol They honestly shouldn’t cal this toys. It’s is 85% baby stuff! See how the baby’s from the snot sucker and that pacifier look the same? You should look and see if they are made by the same company.

Pokemon card packs are $4.12 after tax at walmart. They have things called "Elite Trainer Kits" that have about 10 packs and a ton of extras for $39 so that listing on amazon was a bit overpriced.

The Duck is a inflatable baby bath, not really a flout...but I'm sure people will use it as a one. I nearly brought one as a bath for my Grandson. But he loves the kitchen sink lol saved me money, so I don't mind 🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆

I don't mind you sparring about scammers, they really bug me. Returning stuff after you use them is highly unethical, as well as switching items. I guess ppl have no conscious.
Very smart about selling on your website to people from TH-cam. You’d be getting a bunch of haters buying pay and then telling you they want their money back or whatever and if it’s from your website you can pretty much tell them to go pound sand. I really like that idea. eBay and Amazon to make it very hard for people that sell on there because even if you specifically say returns not allowed there is no way to deny a return to somebody. I’ve had many issues with this in the past where people did not read the description or whatever and even when I fight tooth and nail with eBay for example they make me refund the person. I honestly don’t know how larger sellers put up with it because I only sell maybe 25 items a month and I’ll have a couple problems

The scam just doesn’t happen from customers. I worked in a large name retail store and our stock guy was unpacking a warehouse shipment. He noticed one box felt different. When he opened it he found a large can of tomato juice instead of a Krupp’s coffee maker.
I'm amazed how easy it is to return bought and used products through Amazon... I mean I love your video's, but the scammers are making me sad. Where I come from there are strict return-policies.
Clint it's good information you have. I was a department lead at one of the Super K stores in Michigan. The employees at service desk on midnight's if it scanned they would return it an the merchandise was from a different store And I would find it on my counters in my department.
It an honest truth that yeah people take a full advantage of return the items and what heck the 3rd party supposed to do? If I found a moldy pool that I didn't want to throw away and say hey I think I'll get my money back? I think that stealing, and the 3rd person ends up loosing money on it. So wrong!
I don't get how returned goods work, why don't they check for the item before they refund the money. I will check every box for original item before refunding back the money if I were employed by Amazon.

Not saying its what happened but it is possible that they sent the box back because they didnt get the captain america pop, i have had plenty of loot boxes that have had double items or missing items, shit happens when your dealing with people filling boxes.

As nasty as the trifecta is, they are the best at helping mom and baby! Ive only used the snot sucker personally because nothing else helped! It got us out of the hospital because I was able to help my kids breathe when they was very very sick! I was very discussed at the thought of it but when it comes to your kids, you will try anything to help them! Especially when they are hospitalized for not being able to breathe!

I think amazon should do a return policy allowing 14 days or less not 2 months. Because someone might actually get something defective.

I keep my pool stuff. I use most of the floats until they get holes in them from heavy use. Also I love collecting water guns.

We used the gas passer with our baby, and it works like a charm! Had no sleepless nights!!
Amazon Canada has a 30 Day return policy. You cannot buy an item in June and return it in August because of this policy.
