    This is a great Video Rob full of information and helpful tips. Your attitude to overcome some of the difficulties has been spoken from the heart after you yourself have suffered and found sport is your go to place when things start spirrialing out of control. You are really trying to help others that visit the same places where you have been and no doubt at times still visit. No one can stay positive all of the time but having your own go to space is so important. Well done xx
