What happened in Manipur is absolutely wrong, no doubt in that! But it is not a recent issue, it's been there since the British Raj and 1947.
Shah's reply was too the point and factual, historical on Manipur. Congress has not shouted same for the atrocities against women in other congress rules states. This shows congress is neither worry, nor serious about people's democracy and safety. Theya are just worried about their politics. Let me say clearly, Manipur incident was hurt wrenching, state failed there but we also must understand the propaganda which opposition is doing on sensitive issues
