It worked all the way until registering, because I was inserting a new dll file, because Windows 7 would not open new downloaded screensavers, and I had to download 'd3dx9_43.dll' by recommendation of the NewFreeScreenSavers site. I had added this dll file to the recommended UMDF drivers section without replacing anything. So maybe I should not have done this? Maybe this is the wrong location for this dll file? And can not do it in a faster way? I used to be able to have a plug on my desktop and enjoy playing the MIDI controller. Now I am trying to download the lost plugins and ... I can not open them as an application. I have one left. I have not been able to download the desktop plug-in for a long time, but the sounds did not fit to me

When I try to run the regsvr32 command, I'm told: the module "d3dx9_39.dll" was loaded but the entry-point DllRegisterServer was not found. Make sure it's a valid dll or ocx file and try again. I guess I'll try downloading the package fresh and start over. Have any other advice?
Just to make sure I've got this right, these "Cabinet Files" I'm extracting are in x64 and x86 types. I'm supposed to put the extracted x64 dll in system32 and the extracted x86 dll in syswow64? Do I have that right?

@@kappatalism6969 Yes, but make sure they are for your operating system version. Package contents can differ based on the host OS.
I got access denied in cmd prompt
add the dll files to both the system 32 file and sysWOW64 file too.
this will solve the issue
If your 64 bit then Syswow64 if your 32 bit then System32
i tested.
I glued dll file to system 32 and sysWOW64 and what next? Please more about it.
