    Great video and tips!
    For a while I have been using notion to centralize all areas of my Life, I develop some logic (with formulas and everthing) to adapt some points and views. BUT, over the time, I kind of stumble with the barrir of the complextity for even small things, I mean, table relation could be so simple, but its so annoying create this relations over and over for everthing. Anyway, I will give it a try, (click up), its seem a little bit simple and straight foward.
    Good job Leila!

    Thanks for the videos(s)! Question on Dashboards. On your Client Work V1, you have TIme Budget & Time Tracked widgets displayed. How did you add these? I can't seem to find them in the widgets. Also, is Time Budget allocated by list? I'm trying to assign a certain number of hours per list (client) and would like to track it in dashboards this way.

    Hey Layla,
    again another great video!!! 🤩🚀
    I am totally interesting in building and creating that awesome dashboard for personal use (starting at 17:43).
    So far I did not understand how to set up the custom embed boxes.
    You have a great example there of your "Daily Agenda" as well as your "My Habits" view.
    How can I build them as well?
    Did you cover this in another video?

    This is a greeat video. Really informative. Thank you. Are you using a regular list widget for "to discuss" in your team meeting dashboard? If so how are you able to adjust the filters after setting up the widget?

    • @LaylaPomper
      @LaylaPomper  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd recommend using a Task List Widget filtered to show any tasks where the tag "To Discuss" is applied. That way, every time you refresh or open the Dashboard, it'll automatically pull in the active tasks that have that tag applied.

    This video is super helpful, thanks! I am running into a minor problem though, I hope you can help. When I embed a board view in my dashboard, it populates with my board, but shows the "Sign Up" and "Log In" buttons to the top right corner of the widget. If I click to log in, it pushes my board in that widget to the overall view of the list, not the board view I'm trying to focus on. If I don't log on, I can actually rearrange my tasks, defeating the purpose. Thoughts?

    • @LaylaPomper
      @LaylaPomper  ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question!
      This happens when the owner of the List views it from the Dashboard.
      If you were to share the public view embedded in a widget with a Guest in your Workspace, they would only have a "view only" capability assuming they don't have access to the List where the Board view exists.
      I also tested this on my end, and I could not rearrange tasks, but it allowed me to create new tasks. However, this is because ClickUp recognizes I am the owner.

      Use Emojipedia (or just google “____ emoji” and copy and paste to add emojis into titles. For just text, using : to create emojis.
      As for the other sections, Due Dates would be a easy way to do this. (Where overdue means “Didn’t get to”)
      For your “reasons”, you could use either a text widget or a comment on each task, which you could make visible in a Latest Comment column. ☺️
