what pound air pressure do you use?

Just getting into air brushing, looks like it'll be a great thing once ya learn the ins and outs of the controls and pressures.
What paints or brands do you recommend for people just starting out?

I really like the Createx paints. Testors are good too. One thing that I would recommend to someone starting out is to start with a name brand airbrush cleaner..
