Nah, Rafael and Dyson are the original creators of all the Borough of Fire mods and that later became the company that started developing EmergeNYC. This is an old mod Raf just released the dev version now, since they will most likely never finish it.
you can dispatch fire units using the computer thing in the station you click where you want them to go and they auto dispatch whatever you called out

For anyone wondering how to open the station gates, you need a firefighter to push the button near the gate

I miss playing this. I use to play this an the Manhattan mod a ton. I loved it because of the realism but my laptop got a blue screen so I haven't played it since

Alex, Con Edison is basically the power/gas company for NYC and Westchester, apparently.

Alex this is an amazing video for what seems to be a great mod. I downloaded it but I can’t get it running. It crashes after a few minutes of gameplay, despite having quite a good system with a dedicated GPU (AMD Radeon). If you have any tip on how to get it going, that’d be great as it looks phenomenal
Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but AMD graphics card and Emergency 4 are traditionally enemies.
Now I am not sure if that’s still the case with the next gen cards but it was for a long time.

Video suggestion. Less camera movement at the scenes. Or at least not as fast.
When I play LA 1.9 I don't manually deploy except for the 1st vehicle or set depending on the type of fire. After that everything is done via communication from the people on the scene.
I've scene some other MODS with some really nice UI, but I've never played them.
Emergency 5 could have been better. It didn't catch on with me like Emergency 4.
I hope Emergency 6 is better.

@@peanut111shorty Yes. This is EM4. The last one I know of was EM5, but I didn't see the mod community really embrace it.
I'm not sure how many years will go before they go with a new version, but I would hope they fix a lot of things.

I know this is an old video but how come when I use the mod and I move the camera ever so slightly it bugs out and I can move over to certain areas of the map? it happens with almost all NYC based mods
It has to do with the high buildings, EM4 doesn’t really know how to handle those
