    Is 180 watt power draw for a projector a lot? Sounds small to me. Was hoping to try using this with my 300 watt portable power station

    The Neo was very good! And the Max takes it to the next level with that amazing higher brightness, FHD HDR10 certified lense. FHD Amazon and Netflix out of the box is just wonderful as well!
    Appreciate the great reviews as always Chris Sir✌👍

    Thank you for the review. Actually, my question is for all the Linux OS projectors that you have reviewed. Is it limited to the app store that is installed on the projector, or is it a plain Linux OS . In particular, I would like to know if the app Stremio is available to install?
    Thanks

    Great review, just wanted some advice. mars or mars pro, 1080 or 4k. Vision 3 meters away,
    will I notice the difference in resolution so much?

    • @Techtablets
      @Techtablets  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The 4k will look slightly sharper but I would focus more from 3m on the brightness you need. If used with some daylight at times you'll wtto go with the brightest one.

      @@Techtablets thank you, I will use it in a low light environment and mostly in the evening, so isn't it worth spending 400/500 euros more for the 4k?

    Nice review. After checking it on the Amazon store I noticed there is the pro model that seemingly adds 4K and even more brightness. Any plans to do a comparison? I am highly interested in this projector, but having been stuck with a lower end 1080p projector for the last 6-7 years or so, I think I want to make the move to a 4K finally.

    The Vidda 3-laser projectors are suppose to have the most accurate colors and best contrast among budget projectors.

    I don't know whether you'll read or respond to this, but can you tell me if this mars projector has a fully enclosed optical engine? I can't see anything on the specs about it, even though the 4k version has that...

      @@Techtablets I just wish it specified that on the dangbei website. You might be right though, as it makes more sense to do so as they both look simular to have enclosed optic design anyway. Thanks. 🙂👍

    Thanks for the review - I am looking for a gift like this so this helped.
    Just a couple of notes of feedback:
    - If you have other projectors on hand, put projections in sun side by side with same camera settings - it should underline how bright this is.
    - For accuracy of auto keystone review, I recommend putting down corners with pencil on your wall that are premeasured.
    - For responsiveness and speed comparison, more than just loading an app, I recommend doing active seeking on Netflix, Amazon, TH-cam, VLC and Plex players - this is usually where weaker systems struggle.
    - Test network performance for network play.
    - Test overheating performance - play film in room for 3 hours, then try seeking in different players - play outside in sun for 3 hours, do the same.

  • @cruzez1
    @cruzez1 หลายเดือนก่อน

    They talk about lot of things, but most two very important obvious things that matters most nobody talk or reiew them
    1. Put projector on the side, and see if brightness still uniform and no blurry on one side or the other
    2. The extremely white background outside the image. I tried Dangbie neo,,, contrast not that great because backlight is like mini bed lamp, while watching dark screens kind of becomes so annoying can't watch video. Now this one with 2100 lumen not sure if that white background becomes more brighter or supressed its double the price.
