Hello, I want to say thank you for making this insightful video. For small party/convenient stores that sell liquor, beer, some groceries, and more, what POS system do you recommend? Is there any that can handle the various kinds of inventory, make orders for liquor or at least tell you which liquor is short, and that can add a liqruo bottle and all of its information including price and bottle size into the inventory list automatically instead of a person manually doing it? Thanks!
Hey there, thanks for your question and kind words. You are most welcome! I would suggest looking into these three POS systems. I think one of them will be the best for your type of business that you described. The only thing I don't know is which system can pull the liquor bottle information without doing it manually. However, I think many of these will have the features that can handle your various kinds of inventory, liquor orders and tell you which liquor is short: www.lightspeedhq.com/pos/retail/liquor-point-of-sale/ www.eposnow.com/us/systems/retail-pos/liquor-store/ www.possilver.com/ I hope this helps!
Hi Martin, great question! I actually have this on my list to review in the near future. I'll keep you posted after I have the chance to do a deeper dive and create a video on it. Best of luck to you!
Thanks for checking out the video. Toast is likely your best option! Here is a quick review I recently posted: th-cam.com/video/-Poh5HlVqNE/w-d-xo.html Wishing you the best with your cafe!
Every quality system I am aware of costs monthly now. Almost every POS is based on the cloud, thus requiring a monthly license. Any system that is for sale for a one time payment I would be wary of. The best software requires ongoing maintenance and improvements. Thus, the monthly fee. I’d be concerned anything sold for a one time fee wouldn’t be maintained and software tends to breakdown over time.
Hi Diego! Thanks for reaching out. I have received quite a few questions about Toast, and I appreciate you reaching out to ask. I am currently researching and testing Toast. Once I get done, I will post a video soon with a review of the Toast POS. I'll share the link to the video once I have it created and published. Best, Keegan
Great feedback and I agree! Sorry about that. It’s been a learning process. I think you’ll find the music level in future videos much more reasonable. Thanks again and my apologies about the volume on this one!
Amazing Video
Thanks!

We are a small cafe and looking for a good point of sale, offering dine in and online ordering. Have you reviewed Toast yet?

does all POS cost montly, are there robust one time purchase for lifetime?

How about covering actual POS systems, instead of merchant systems with POS capabilities?
Do you have an example of the kind of POS systems you'd like me to review? Happy to do another video with a different scope. Thanks
