कितना भी कानून बना लो मोमिनों को सामान्य जनता के लिए बने कानून से घंटा फर्क नही पड़ेगा। उनके लिए स्पेशल IPC और CRPC होनी चाहिए जिसमे मौत से कम कोई सजा न हो।
