I agree. Unpopular opinion, but I didn’t like his promo on SmackDown. Yeah, it was funny. He roasted the audience but he seemed like a dude that was going through a midlife crisis, trying to hang out with the younger guys. We needed The Rock that was at the PRESS CONFERENCE! That Rock was more serious!

During WM, in backstage, solo and jimmy(or not if jimmy is fucking dead after jimmy vs jey) are standing with the Rock, waiting to go help Roman win again, then Rock suddenly ambushes Solo with a chair, knocking him out, Cody wins, Roman is pissed, he wants Rock vs Roman.
and during the next Raw, we finally get to know the ''council'' that Cody took, showing us how Rock and Cody planned for Rock to become ''the bad guy' to get inserted into bloodline because Cody needs someone to stop Solo and Jimbo, and basically they plot on how they are going to make this work
that would be pretty neat and would tie up Cody pussying out and letting Rock come in to take all the heat

Rock is manipulating Roman. He said he wanted to be the head of the table. And this is how he’s doing it. Roman seems like a follower next to Rock. Just my thought 🤔
Roman is going to get Jey Uso'd by the Rock. Before he realizes it rock will be running the stable and making all the decisions, and Roman will have to stand up for himself to restore order. Then he probably becomes face. I wonder if a face tribal chief can work if he loses the universal champ. That whole character is held together by the authority of being THE champ and breadwinner.

It's still going to happen, just not at the moment. Instead of it being simply about who is the real head of the table, there will be a new story development that comes out of this mega powers alliance. That will be the catalyst for their feud whenever it happens.

I would love to see The Rock kicking Roman Reigns out of Bloodline and Reigns become an anti hero whilst The Rock being a heel
Usual wwe storyline would be Roman loses title to Cody also the rematch and finally blames the Rock for his failure and turns on him and set up there match for either mania or summerslam. The Rock loses to Roman and passes the torch, Roman grabs the torch and follows Dwayne to Hollywood and wrestles once a decade for his sons or to promote his movies. That’s finishing the Roman and Rock story.
It doesn’t really make sense for him to just join the bloodline because wasn’t the whole point of Rock vs Roman to see who sits at the head of the table? The Rock has not acknowledged Roman as the tribal chief yet.
