The things I loved about this video was Foresty having a friend to share an adventure. What was fun to watch was Loui's "I can do anything in my Jeep" attitude and Foresty sort of standing back like the wise old man of adventures not saying but thinking "Go ahead young one, let's see you do it." Foresty finally having to pull Loui out of the mud sort of completed the picture. Living in Florida now, this video sort of made me miss snow... and then I came to my senses. Haha

Ps, I new a dude that I worked with (I think he was from Norway) at the salmon canneries in Alaska many years ago that fished with his reel upside down and he still caught more fish than the rest of us put together. I think he was just showing off.😀

I've been reading Matthew Henson's autobiography of his possibly being first to reach the North Pole with Robert Peary's expeditions so it's interesting to see the approach to the Arctic as it is now. It is cold on a whole other level than I can imagine, but your videos affirm his account of the magnificent beauty and desolation of the far north.

It's so nice that you get to go some extra, new and different places traveling with someone. Having you there with the winch is a game changer, so much can go wrong in a second and some of the areas id be quite scared to get stuck. It's not like central or costal bc where you can post in a 4x4 recovery group and a team of guys would come save you worse case.

Ps, I new a dude that I worked with (I think he was from Norway) at the salmon canneries in Alaska many years ago that fished with his reel upside down and he still caught more fish than the rest of us put together. I think he was just showing off.😀

I love that you take the high road and don't meltdown. Mistakes are funny, we all make them but it is so much easier to comment on the negative. I did not even notice your fishing, just enjoying scenery and hoping you would catch a nice Walley......so good in the pan, in the woods!

I was in China in 2021 when they shut my VPN down, and I couldn't watch you on TH-cam anymore. You were an anchor for me to help me through Covid in China, and it totally sucked to lose that. Some of us think you are perfect just the way you are....I get so much enjoyment watching you and Rocko....
I've been reading Matthew Henson's autobiography of his possibly being first to reach the North Pole with Robert Peary's expeditions so it's interesting to see the approach to the Arctic as it is now. It is cold on a whole other level than I can imagine, but your videos affirm his account of the magnificent beauty and desolation of the far north.

It's so nice that you get to go some extra, new and different places traveling with someone. Having you there with the winch is a game changer, so much can go wrong in a second and some of the areas id be quite scared to get stuck. It's not like central or costal bc where you can post in a 4x4 recovery group and a team of guys would come save you worse case.
I didn't notice the fishing rod at all. Was just enjoying another wonderful video! Love your stuff. Keep it coming.
