The biblical word for lust in greek simply means desire.
In this context, lust is a fleshly desire for sexuality.
As you said, sexuality is not inherently sinful. For a man and woman can have loving intercourse.
It is when this physical act is selfishly performed for the fulfilment of a bodily desire, rather than the spiritual fulfilment of a loving bond, that it becomes sinful.
An explicit example is fornication, which comes form the greek pornos or prostitution.
Of course adultery is a big one, which applies to married men and woman, as they have entered a sacred covenant between their partner, and God.
Day to day, it can be hard to decipher lustful feelings from those of true love, but just ask yourself, am i thinking first and foremost about my own pleasure?
Then of course, ask God, and pray for guidance and the wisdom to be mindful of lust.
When you feel you are falling into a trap, just pray, acknowledge your sinful nature, confess it to Jesus, repent, and curse out the demons who are attempting to lure you, in His holy Name.

You are right! This episode it was more so pointed at lust in regard to sexual desire or temptation, however many of the points made still apply to any form of lust. But I appreciate you for bringing this to light! Keep fighting the good fight
