brilliant great tip thanks for sharing
@@StephenGreasley you’re welcome 👍
Top tip that.
I've seen the gas lads blowing a cord through with a compressor, either way top work!
Thanks mate 👍
Your trick worked, thanks for sharing that 👍 😊
You’re welcome 👍
Brilliant, thank you!
How neat!
Thanks mate 👍
A petrol leaf blower works good as well if you are in the field and don't have site power.
Good suggestion mate 👍
I’ve just been told I need a draw rope down my electric ducting too.
Brilliant 😂
How about in an occupied duct?
That shopvac is not made by Hoover???
No it’s made by Numatic 👍
Will this work If you suspect water in ducting.
Yes, but I would suggest using a wet & dry vacuum so that if any water is sucked into the vacuum, it doesn’t damage it
would this works over a really long distance?
Should do, the ducting is essentially a long vacuum hose, so long as it’s sealed proper at the other end it should pull through 👍
@@MorganTheBuilder thank you, may be a stupid question! But why wouldn’t one put the cord in when laying ?
@@Suzanna-wh3nr they don’t come with the cord in and the ducting is either a big coil or long lengths, it’s just simpler to do it this way afterwards 👍
See was a stupid question lol , needs a business selling pre installed ropes lol
@@Suzanna-wh3nr not a stupid question at all, if you don’t know then you don’t know. Some ducting does come pre-installed with the cord, just depends on manufacturer I guess 👍
