Usually, after heavy or long period of time milling cutting, the tool will deliver more locking force to the taper surfaces between collet and spindle, especially for larger milling cutters, this makes more torque required to unlock, have you experience this and that the spindle turning power can't do the unlocking.

эта штука не работает. цанга всегда должна быть больше по диаметру, чем фреза. фреза не удержится в цанге, нужен упор. и момента шпинделя недостаточен для затяжки гайки. момент у шпинделя от 0,3 до 3 Нм, а момент затяжки гайки er20 75Нм.
The STATIC tightening torque is 75NM. The spindle is spinning. So, it generates more spinning torque. RapidChange automatic tool changer works the same way as this does. Check out their youtube channel.

I have encountered this before, but I have improved this problem by referring to RapidchangeATC and using 3 clamping points.
