So 70% USA floetrol with 30% liquitex pouring medium gloss. This gives its medium pourring. Then she dilute her paints to 1 paint for 3 to 4 with her pouring medium written above. What is important is that the fluidity is the same between the paints. ******When she uses her spatula and puts a mixture on it, it's called the Cell Activator. It is prepared as follows: Molly uses the 3 to 4 Australian Floetrol mixed with 1 part of oxide black Amsterdam or titanium white Amsterdam. It is very important to use the Australian Floetrol (red label. It can be very expensive depending on where you live. There are some on ebay, Fluid art Co....) It is also important to use the mark Amsterdam a small format will be sufficient. 😉 Some artists concoct a mix with something other than Australian floetrol... I can find it if you want to know. ☺️ Then practice. 😜The spatula a little at an angle with a slight pressure and you slowly slide on your paint. ps: If you put too much Cell activator on your spatula, you will only have black. Maybe after a few minutes the cells will appear. Otherwise you can blow with a straw where there are no cells and only black. You can also adjust the ratio of your cell activator. Not too runny and not too thick. I know there are hundreds of painting channels, I would also recommend Gilly Cube YTube ( from the UK, married to an Aus & living in Australia) She uses a slightly different paint mix, but equally inspiring! Especially as she's deaf! Blessings from the UK, keep happy, healthy, strong & beautiful!

thank you! for my new years resolutions i have joined a gym and have been going. it has been a little slow. trying to get through this show so that i can work on my new course which is about 30% done. working on smart art to grow the platform. so i am pretty happy with progress right now. did you have any goals for this year deborah?
That turned out awesome. They often tell you when you’re decorating the room to use a piece of art as your inspiration, this piece would be such a Great piece for a study or a living room.
Molly I love this! People don't realize how crazy hard it actually is to paint pour on a huge canvas! Well done! Also, I actually really love the idea of a super matte black and matte white base in this style. It would be a very very cool contrast with the metallics!

What to do for getting cells? Did you mix something in the colours to get cells?
