You missed the “well-regulated militia” part. The 2A protects the people’s right to organize and stand against a corrupt government, not any one person’s right to commit crimes or slaughter other Americans.
@@justindyer8911 you are incorrect. “In District of Columbia v. Heller (2008), however, the Supreme Court invalidated a federal law that forbade nearly all civilians from possessing handguns in the nation’s capital. A 5-4 majority ruled that the language and history of the Second Amendment showed that it protects a private right of individuals to have arms for their own defense, not a right of the states to maintain a militia.” You need to do more research because both common law reading and Supreme Court disagrees with your childish opinion. The comma after “security of a free state” indicates a secondary statement similar to an “and” statement. I’m guessing you didn’t go to law school, didn’t study the constitution or our founding documents, early American grammar or any subject to a high enough level that would force you to learn how to search for academic resources, vet them and then articulate the meaning of them. The primary purpose of the second amendment was for the people to fight against a tyrannical government to reinstate our founding constitutional government if necessary. Furthermore a militia in a constitutional aspect is defined as “The term "militia of the United States" was defined to comprehend "all able-bodied male citizens of the United States and all other able-bodied males who have . . . declared their intention to become citizens of the United States," between the ages of eighteen and forty-five.”, thus showing that there can be both organized and unofficially associated individuals who compose the militia. You really need to do some leg work on these subjects as you are clearly lacking pretty heavily. Good luck on your future research I’m certain you will not do.
@@qb682 You’ve presented a 5-4 ruling in a single case from less than 20 years ago as if it’s the be-all and end-all. The law passed in DC was ridiculous in the first place and clearly violated the 2nd Amendment, but saying the “history and language” of the 2A protects the right to self defense is hardly a black and white issue. To take Justice Scalia’s majority opinion as the end of the discussion ignores the fact that 4 out of 9 justices disagreed with him. The very same case you’ve referenced even says that the right to bear arms is not unlimited and that certain restrictions on guns and gun ownership are permissible. You know what that includes? Background checks, and preventing people with violent felony convictions or mental illnesses of owning firearms. You’ve invalidated your initial claim that background checks are unconstitutional.

Basically the video is implying the dude who walked in the store is buying a gun for his felon friend, so the guy in the shop has to get a background check on the felon dude cause from he can tell he's getting it not the dude who walked in so he needs both their IDs Hope that last bit was clear and I explained it right 😅
Because in this situation he’s buying it for his friend, who is most likely a felon considering they wouldn’t just go in themselves. It’s called a straw purchase and it’s illegal.
So, as everyone else mentioned, this is an illegal straw purchase. You cannot buy a gun with the intent to give it to someone who can't legally own guns/pass a background check. The clerk was being cheeky in the way he framed it, basically saying "I won't sell you this gun". Which he is obligated to do. If someone makes a straw purchase, the firearm dealer isn't usually also guilty unless the buyer was suspicious. In this case, he's on the phone, and asking the other person what gun they want. That's an enormous red flag for a straw purchase, and could leave the dealer liable as well. Even if they aren't legally liable, it's not good practice.

Which line in the 4th Amendment says you are required to identify yourself to police officers? The Supreme Court has determined that your right to free speech does not include calls to violence or incitement of a riot; that your right to freedom of religion does not allow you to make human sacrifices or religious killings; that for the purposes of their duty, you are required to give your name to police officers; and lastly, that there can be limits and restrictions put on what types of weapons can be owned and by who. Another thing, a review about someone not being able to purchase a gun versus a review about being sold a gun used to kill are two different reviews that will never exist on the same platform. “this guy at this gun store pointed me in the right direction for my gun of choice for my first drive by, although he didn’t know I was going to use it for a drive by, I just I need it for self defense.” Versus “they have bad customer service, would not sell me gun cause I was on the phone.” SOME FFL do not allow use of phone when purchasing a firearm.
It’s a very unnecessary gray area that exists because the ATF is broken and so is our societal structure. I’ve done straw purchases to prove a point and it’s very easy for someone with a friend or to even fool a friend into getting a firearm very easily. The fucked yo thing about this whole thing, is that we can sell a 12ga slug that’ll completely tear a human apart to a 18yo but a 9mm or 22 that is survivable is at 21. And the main excuse is, shotgun big, pistol smol. Yea sure. Cause a kid can’t buy a shotgun, take him home and modify it for ease of access or deployment. I mean there are so many rules and regulations that don’t even keep people safe, they just make money or oppose rights to citizens.
If you want a gun in America, ATF AINT GON STOp YA AND NEITHER IS THAT ONE GUN STORE!! PEOPLE WHO WANT TO KILL WILL KILL. Reviews won’t stop FFLs from doing business, People will always be smart and dumb, and the worst of all is that we will all keep going on in a system that has acknowledged problems that we ourselves refuse to fix. It’s fuuggin nuttz!

That’s why I send in a female😭😭💪🏽

Off to the gunshow I go all i need is the seller to take one glance at my state ID hand the cash and its mine.
Or just your local guy 😂
Now this is funny 😂😂😂😂
I was in a turners when a dude with a grip of face tattoos walked in with his lady and straight said” hey babe that’s the AK we’re looking for” and they still sold it to her 😂
That Hellen Keller joints!😊

Gotta love it when a private gun dealer advocates for restricting rights.
Yes, we love it.
Gonna regret it when he loses them sales lol
Buying new guns is interesting because it’s in the worst part of Sacramento for me but man do they have some great deals lol. The owner is the man too

The gun store guy was about to sell an SBR with just a 4473?! Where y’all located at?
Louisiana, I think.
The thing has a brace on it which at the moment are a very gray area with a ruling against them that have multiple lawsuits against it. Some people just don't care/ don't believe the ATF ruling is valid or maybe this video was made before that, dont know.
@@ProbInsane they changed that ruling you are allowed to own braces now lol
Had a guy try to purchase a firearm once. He filled it out no incident but, he looked nervous. Manager told me to send it to the NICS system and it denied him instantly. Received a call 30 seconds later from an ATF agent who told me to stall until they came to pick him up(luckily he decided to go to the bathroom). As soon as he returned there were two agents with their guns drawn reading him his rights.
Great, now he's gonna go buy it from Pedro 😂
I didn’t even realize he said Hellen Keller😂
That’s wild, I called my buddy when I bought my first ar to make sure it was good. This is like a store carding your children because you bought alcohol while you’re with them.
My favorite was when a woman is trying to make the purchase and her man is literally hanging over her shoulder the entire time and handed her the money right in front of me 🤦🏻♂️
Yeah and I bet you didn't let them buy it, like the scumbag tyrannical roach you are.
You can’t buy your wife a gun?
What’s wrong with that he probably buys her food, clothes pays her car note and house bills so why can’t he give her money for a gun god you people get so judgmental about firearms but cry when the government says you can’t have them either or makes restrictions

Second amendment says shall not be infringed
Yet if you have a felony you cannot posses a firearm and you can not purchase a firearm for someone unless it is a PRIVATE PARTY TRANSFER meaning a DIRECT FAMILY MEMBER (father, mother, son) and if its for your wife you have to be LEGALLY MARRIED for them to count as direct family
@@ms_vive8426 all I can read are the words that say shall not be infringed. All this other stuff you’re saying is illegal hooplah.
@@jonathongil7882There’s a lot of other words in the 2A, perhaps you should try to get better at reading?
@@justindyer8911which line in the 2a mentions felonies?
@@chpenney26 Which line in the 1st Amendment mentions anything about forbidding speech that advocates the killing of other races, or the practicing of a religion that calls for the slaughter of infidels? Which line in the 4th Amendment says you are required to identify yourself to police officers? The fact of the matter is that the Constitution is kept intentionally broad, so that the courts may over time reinterpret what is written and make rulings based on the SPIRIT of the law. The Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that your right to bear arms does not include automatic or heavy weapons. It does not include the right to concealed carry in airports, courthouses, or schools, among others. And yes, people considered a danger to themselves or others, such as felons or those who are mentally ill, can also be constitutionally relieved of their 2nd Amendment right according to the Supreme Court. This is because they understand the spirit of the 2nd Amendment was not to give you the right to commit crimes or slaughter children in their classrooms; it was to give you the power to stand up to a corrupt government or invading foreign power and hold them to account.

No straw purchases. They are illegal. The employee handled it perfectly, so he doesn’t go to prison and the shop doesn’t get shut down.
