Seems like some of this draft made it to the final choreo, the chorus mostly. The overall vibe is rly rly good for this choreo but its defo not ive style but harimu's choreo always slay

the final choreography is definitely better and the parts they picked from harimu are all quite fitting. let's also not forget leeseo is still a minor and it wouldn't be appropriate for her to do some of these moves
@@glorifieddustcollector Yep, it's pretty common. Even SM hires 4+ choreographers, then picks some parts that they think fits better in the song and for the artist. But what's amazing is how well SM choreographers do it. It always looks like it comes from only 1 choreographer. It doesn't look scattered.
It’s a common thing tho? Starship or other companies usually also have performance directors, they decide the final choreography. Some groups even let the members participate to choose best part from each drafts for final choreography
best choreography version for heya literally, the connection between hard and elegant moves are so much better, it's both hitting every beat and cute for the theme of heya!!!

Kinda true but you should know that IVE focus more on their vocal rather than dance so I think it is a wise choice to use simple choreography. Starships is aware of their strongest and weakest point. Plus they are a singer first then a dancer. I could go to concert that focus more on voice/vocal rather than watching a group with bombastic choreography but lacking in vocal. Thats why concert like IU, taeyeon and even band or groups that focusing more on vocal are hot-selling. Having good vocal + choreagraphy of course is a plus plus but vocal for sure is superior than dancing. And you should realised that groups have good vocal could survive longer than the one with good dancer. And of course idol excel in vocal are much appreciated than dancer.
Honestly I like this better than the final IVE one but this isn't really giving 100% IVE vibe, like there are parts where it's very IVE but some part is a bit too much for IVE

it's a common practice in the industry though? that's how most of the choreographies are created. this is nothing new
