*few headcannons i have for empires:* Scott and Jimmy used to date ~~~ since this is obviously a different universe then 3rd life, a little bit of an explanation for the eastereggs Scott is an archfey ~~~ Scott never said what elven race he was, and they way he acts is like the dictionary definition of an archfey 🤣(causing chaos and then watching from the shadows not getting involved) plus how the demon spreads corruption kinda matches the powers of an archfey
My headcanon is that every series is either a reincarnation or an alternate timeline. And different people have different amounts of memories that carry over. So while Jimmy fully remembers his 3rd Life relationship with scott, scott has vague memories which explains why giving jimmy flowers *just feels right* to scott. Also explains why joel and fwhip felt torn when they were on opposite sides in the Codhead war, but still made a respectable trade. It's because in other lives they were friends, like when they ran diamond designs with Jimmy. That's my headcanon tho
for me I'd like to headcanon that every series is just an alternate reality? of the other? so 3rd life and X life is canon, just on a different universe which is why some people have memories of something that, never happen in their reality, but it did happen elsewhere
I watched Gem's episode earlier today, I loved how everything played out! It's extremely interesting to see everyone's editing styles and lore they have and it is coming together really nicely. I'm proud of myself because I'm following the majority of the Empires videos, give or take a few.

I have a theory why joel and Lizzy arent being effected too badly: 1.They were married in the church of the Blood Sheep and the Demon is afraid of the mythical Blood Sheep 2. Love is a power that will keep the Demon away 3. As soon as war broke out on the server, sgns of a corruption began to show, hence an end to the hostility should end the curse 4. It is like Pennywise and feeds off of other people's fear of it.
Sausage, and Joey may just end up using you Scott to get closer to the demon, and also they may end up tricking you into helping them get more powerful, and I don't want that for you, so you really need to more powerful yourself, good luck Scott!

The Empires SMP as things that happened in my DND campaigns: Scott: The cleric had to kill his little brother who was possessed by a demon Joey: The bard who for some reason decided to "cuddle" the big bad Jimmy: The guy who wanted to play a locathah, we put him in a fish tank Gem: We had a wizard who managed to use animal handling to get a pet dragon (the dm had planned this big battle and everything) Katherine: Our Druid was leaving the group, but her character was so innocent that we didn't want her to die, so we made the dm make up a story about how she now owns a flower shop (we even visited her in the shop) Sausage: There was a dude who's soul motivation was to be powerful and strong so he became a warlock for the big bad Shelby: We had this NPC we loved they were a Gnome druid of the spores, they seemed so innocent until they poisoned our drinks and unlike the dm planned they ACTUALLY killed us Lizzie+Joel: 2 people on our campaign there characters got married because in the town we were in only married people could own houses, from there they started going out and there real life wedding was a week ago Where are the rest? Shhhh next episode I will definitely be doing them once the next episode comes out :D

Scott pro tip: next time when you want to escape the prison, get your prison mate to distract the guards, brake the bed, re-place the bed, and anger them so they kill you. You will end up at spawn :) ( Ik this goes against the plot but it might help)
You should organise a meeting with all the kingdoms(besides Joey and sausage) because some of them have found ways to deal with the corruption It also seems that ignoring the demon and refusing to acknowledge its existence stops him from being able to interact with anyone. Perhaps he’s trying to get your attention so he can grow more powerful, it has seemed that the more he has become known the stronger he’s gotten so perhaps he is feeding of attention or something? Also pixlriffs found away to deal with the tendrils
