Aldom || হুচি/ওল || Amorphophallus.

In Rabha Languages we called it Aldom or Ola.Mostly we are using their stem as a curry. In spring when the first rainy season started this vegetable is available in forest and Hill area. We are preparing this vegetable in different ways. I have shown one of recipe which we have cooked when it became little old.Hope you like it.
