    CJ your channel is awesome.
    I've done your Brisket twice and it was great 👍👍.
    Did your meat loaf and that was awesome too.

    Hi CJ. Great recipient. Im a big chicken lover and have never tried white Alabama sauce which I believe is fantastic on chicken, would love to see if you can do this on the ninja wood fired grill for us in the uk. Many thanks

    Thanks for this! My new Ninja Woodfire has just arrived, which I ordered through the affiliate link! I've watched most of the videos, bought the cookbooks, and joined the FB group. The more recent recomend letting the ignition smoke clear before putting in the food. Are there any foods (like the brisket) that you DO want to get the initial smoke from the ignition? And if the pellet box has to be refilled and reignited, do you remove the food till the smoke clears? Thank you!

    • @CookingWithCJ
      @CookingWithCJ  ปีที่แล้ว

      If I have a big chunk of meat(brisket, pork butt), I’ll put it in there through the ignition and refill/reignite.

    Why does my little hopper or the box where i put the pellets create a big flame everytime? Until there all burned up and black? I have done everything ninja says to make sure about. Cleaned it, made sure its filled everything. And still it flames up please help

    Love your vids, but as a UK Ninja WF BBQ owner, I cant get the rubs you suggest.
    Any recommendations for rubs available on the UK Amazon page??

    Hey CJ, hope you’re doing well, why don’t you try using the vegetable tray and putting your apple juice in that while you’re cooking,then you are steaming and smoking?

    • @CookingWithCJ
      @CookingWithCJ  ปีที่แล้ว

      Honestly I don’t have the veggie tray. But I could figure out something. Hadn’t thought about it.
