It’s great to see the old skills still being used. After 40 years in manufacturing, I still remember when it was done this way in the US. I can see some room for process improvement, like there are several steps where the part gets put down then picked up and put on racks. You’d save time by having more racks, but I’m guessing the labor cost is cheap so maybe efficiency isn’t the cost determining factor. Anyway, you have a great labor force and I’d happily hire any of these guys. Most young Americans can barely unwrap a Big Mac.
@@JayantSewtahal you can hire people to develop, design, market, sell...etc and let the robots deal with this type of work and have people do things robots can not do, you don't replace people but rather you elevate them to do much more sophisticated work than wasting their lives doing this.
Pre rusted brackets and tabs spot welded to the side of the frame? Ps Rusty steering head tubes. Pps after chemical dipping rust was still visible under the floor of the battery box as they were wheeled to the powder coating booth.
Finally, workers from Pakistan working on raised platforms, instead of squatting on the ground. Also good to see MIG and TIG welding, instead of the ubiquitous 'stick' welding that proliferates across many of these videos.
So many fundamental mistakes. Why they stake frames horizontally on top of the vertically frames during galvanizing is so wrong: the fluids remain inside, you see afterwards the wet floor. The powder coating is so wrong. They guy in grey touches everywhere. For such production rate they should use a line with baking furnace. The same grey guy bangs the ready coated parts on each other The pressings are bad: you see the dents ( and during pressing you see the toolings shift) The welding is so ad randomly Throwing frames on the floor?!?!? Grinding on the dirt floor, and all the grid flies everywhere The manual powder coating gives zero assurance of layer thickness and good surface cover in every corner On some moments you see the welders not using eye protection Banging with that steel hammer is proof of irregular toolings. He bangs on surfaces but there is no gauge measuring afterwards. Imho: i think that all welding can be done in 2 set ups with cheap robots. The handling of the presses is unnecessary with a magnetic lift. I wonder how the edge looks after the clipping operation, with worn out clipping tool no sharp cut but bended/ torn surface

These are most definitely almost identical to the original Honda SS50. This version uses the same frame but a 3 speed auto clutch 70cc version of the Cub engine. The SS50 was a very good bike. I wonder if they now have the licenece/tooling to be able to copy it?
Looks like an old Honda S90 frame, but better as the welding spatter is knocked off! (although original spot welding should be stronger as it wasn't butt welded along seam ) Being powder coated its actually better than the Japanese pressed frames form 1960's, particularly as they did spray inside battery enclosure.
I don't think they use the same steel as the original Honda, it even looks like even they use different steel for some of the frame components as they rusted already
You know I got to hand it to this country. I might be wrong but it looks like India. Correct me if I'm wrong but I got to hand it to that country. They make everything and anything way more of the United States and I live here in California and that's California. California can't make their own crap that they have to get somebody else to make their stuff for the United States. So my hat's off to this guys. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the video😢

Pengurus kilang kedekut mengeluarkan sedikit perbelanjaan peralatan pekerja mereka. Kasut keselamatan, sarung tangan kulit, penutup hidung.. Sarung tangan yang mereka pakai tentu beli sendiri.. Jika kilang punya semua warna sama😂
To me the build quality and attention to detail seem very poor. Also this rough handling and rushed assembly don't help. That being said I think that the low production cost of these frames is unbeatable

Why do Americans and Westerners always criticize Pakistani while most Russians admire the work done by Pakistanis here ??? Interesting 🤔
Om dat we goed kranten en TV hebben misschien?
Russians aren't used to quality products. A great percentage of Russians rely on Vodka for their good judgment.

No. These are frames for honda copies. Honda would never use frames of such low production quality.
