Now, I'm no architect, but I'm pretty sure that you don't build a bridge on beach sand. I'm no paramedic either, but I don't think that the baby survived. That's my opinion. I could be wrong. I do know one thing for sure, the people standing on the middle section of the bridge didn't survive, due to the left section of the bridge sliding down the hill and killing/injuring them.
