1790s COPPER & MORE DISCOVERED World Coin Loot Bag Searching - Bag #18

- I received a ton of mixed coins as a bonus from work about a year ago. Instead of sorting through all of them on my own or all at last, I am breaking them up in to half pound lots (like a world coins loot bag or world coins collection) for me to search over the next year(ish?) We got to find a lot of cool coins in this lot, so I'm glad I had the chance to search it. How awesome is the last coin???

I always love the square five cents coin of my country. One of the most appealing coins we've ever minted in my opinion.
It's really neat - doesn't feel like a Dutch coin.
Treasure Town How do you mean?
This is my favorite series. It’s pretty dope how you find such old coins in these bags. Also it’s cool to see how your channel has exploded in popularity. You definitely deserve it!
I appreciate it WPC! Some of the last few bags have been great. I miss the YN days!
Really like the old coins and your knowledge of history.
As always, you have some interesting coins in the lot. Thank you for sharing!
It was super fun to search!
wow coin from the 1700s 😮😮😮 awesome vid my friend! 🔥🐉
Pretty sweet right? Thanks man!
Treasure Town oldest coin i own is a 1857 flying eagle so yea haha
I believe that large coin that was really worn down is either a George III cartwheel 1 penny or 2 pence from 1797
Another great video!! Thanks for sharing)
Thanks J&B. It was fun searching.
That’s 1862 Queen Victoria coin is in good shape.
4:10 cool! I have the same coin but mine is from 1916 and seems to be in almost mint state so I keep it in a little case along with my other old coins.
Fun fact: a lot of coins made in the Nederlands were made from bronze including the 2 1/2 cent coin
Did not know that, MH! Thanks for the fact. There's so many different facts on the older ones.. hopefully I'll be able to remember!
1790s! Nice! I'm jealous :) But the Swedish 5 kronor coin is no longer a valid coin as we redid our 1-, 2- and 5-kronor coins as of 2016. I miss the old coins though. The new ones are small, light and feel like monopoly money... I could send you a selection of Swedish coins :)
Good to know! I'd love for you to send me some stuff - I don't have a P.O. box set up but will do so soon (I'll turn 18 in about a month at which point I will be able to do a lot more with the channel and can take the PO Box as a tax write off from the channel). If the shipping isn't too much for you that would be awesome! I'd love to put it as a segment on a monthly CoinVlog.
Should be doable :) It also sounds as we share the same birthday or at least within a few days :D
Just let the community know when you got a PO box and I'll be sure to send some :)
THANKS A LOT DEAR FRIEND.I KNOW THAT I CAN COUNT ON YOU AND TREASURE TOWN COINS..💖DO YOUR BEST,ANY SEARCH ON THIS COIN IS A GREAT AND HELPFUL KNOWLEDGE TO OUR HOBBY.😀👍💖🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
6:20 is a swedish 5 ore
i have also the last one... i really dont now if still have a value too.. i just hope you could give an idea on the last item... thanks
Hi Jann - if it's in the condition mine is in, probably just a few dollars. However, it can go from $15 to much more as the condition increases.
Jann Reyes in that grade prob $1-2 but the better the grade they go up very quickly in price with minty ones at $300-400
Very Nice Finds Thanks for sharing !
Good to see you as always! It went super well!
Great video, as always!
Thanks ACAM!
That Victoria penny is huuuge, I have a 10 centismi with Vittorio Emanuele II, it's pretty slick but it's supposed to be from 1852-1857 I believe
Very cool! The Emanuele guy is on a ton of Italian coins.
I love the huge coppers
The 1797, 1889, and 1862 coins are good finds
Thanks for the comment! And agreed. Pumped about some of these!
@@TreasureTownCoins what is your oldest coin so far besides the 1797 british coin?
1730 one I found in the '288 YEAR OLD' video. Hoping to get more in my new series I just got coins for!
@@TreasureTownCoins that's pretty cool
I love the large coins
It's a neat change up from the average half dollar!
Thanks for sharing I like to have some old world coins are any for sale?
I am not currently selling any but once the series is over in a few months I will likely sell some. I also want to make mystery coin boxes and put cool world coins in. How many are you looking to purchase? I can send you a link to some other places or maybe make you a great deal on a few if you aren't looking for too many.
nice video i always love u videos
Thanks AA!
though they don't demand a high value, I too enjoy those old world coins...
Exactly. The variety is really cool.
Where do you buy your 1/2 lb lots
Got them from my boss (I work in a coin shop) as a bonus one time. He had sorted them and left in some cool coins!
That's cool must be a cool guy to work for
Homer is the chap on the Greek 50 dracmar coin
Awesome thanks LTT!
How many bags left?
Hi Art - Funny you ask! I just separated the last lots into their bags. There will be 30 total bags searched (so 12 more) with Bag #30 having some extra weight to round things out (more like 3/4 pound of coins).
That 1963 was apart of a proof set
Awesome. Thanks for letting me know - it's kinda what I thought but I wasn't sure. I was looking for someone with experience in Canadian coins like you to tell me though!
Treasure Town Your welcome! The royal canadian mint made over one hundred thousand mint sets those years and some of those mint sets got set back into circulation. I have a 1964 nickel from one of the mint sets.
Cartwheel penny is that big one
George 3
You're exactly right!
1963 C Nickle not pl until after 68 .
I beleave !
So that coin is probally proof .
( Just my opion : )
Thanks for sharing - did not know that. It sure did look proofish so I think we got something good!
the swedish coin in not circulating anymore
Good to know - thanks.
Okay
HI DEAR FRIEND CHRISTIAN,I HAVE A ANCIENT ROMAN COIN THAT I BUY AT A FLEA MARKET ,WORTH SOMETHING? BECAUSE MANY PEOPLE SAID TO ME THAT THIS ROMAN COIN MAY BE A FRAUD.WHAT DO YOU THINK DEAR FRIEND?😊👍💖
I can't tell much without seeing it! It's probably fake or not worth a ton if you bought it at a flea market but it could be very valuable. Does it have the words 'COPY' on it?
British coin: spends 2 seconds looking at it, puts it to one side. European coin: spends 5 minutes staring at it, wows this coin is incredible. This is why we're leaving the EU
Hahaha I apologize XD
Lol it's ok I guess european coins are more stylish than English coins
NO,THISCOIN NOT HAVE THIS,LET ME SEND YOU A VIDEO ON INSTAGRAM,AND YOU CAN TELL ME IF THIS ROMAN COIN WORTH SOMETHING..😊👍
Hi Harry - I will do my best! It may be difficult to give you an estimate but I can try. Take a look around the Internet and on eBay too!
