- I bought chicken ramen donburi(noodle bowl) set. It is said that Chicken ramen is the origin of the instant ramen noodles. I challenged flower chicken ramen with the set. The recipe is open on the Nissin web site.

Nothing wrong with "stand-up meals." I like your set. We usually cook the noodles in a pot, then pour into a bowl. This seems more practical........

I think you are supposed to leave the noodle cooks longer (more than 3 min) if you want to get cooked egg. I saw instructions and videos that leave it for at least 5-6 minutes to let the egg cook
No need for it fully cooked, Japanese eggs can be eaten raw

I love half-cooked eggs, the eggs are still liquid but it's cooked. And it tasted sooo yummy~ i can't eat the egg yolk when it's harden like hard boiled eggs, that's why omelettes are great too! Sadly, there are only special eggs that i can eat half cooked... :( i want to live in japan xD

Not Japanese eggs necessarily. Properly storing the eggs helps to prevent the growth of salmonella. But there is always a possibility you could get sick from consuming raw eggs. And In Japan they have a "best by" date on the packaging of eggs. And that date indicates the final day the eggs are safe to consume raw or undercooked.
Jenn N any store bought egg thats kept in the right condition is safe to be eaten raw. but in this video the egg isnt nessasarily raw.

Nghiêm Thị Xuân Hoàng most eggs in Japan are really fresh, and they have special signed for those kind of eggs that are save to be cosumed raw. And the expiry date on the packaging indicating how many days left that the eggs are safed to be eaten raw.

As someone who has eaten these, the flavour is unfortunately not very good.
Imagine those bags of crunched up snack noodles that you eat dry.
Then make it really, really, really, soggy.
I added an egg, but it still didn't improve the overall taste of the noodle.
I agree but I like eating that brand of noodles without water.
