i still remember nung 2016 nagkaroon ng SM sa Tuguegarao and I am proud kasi I saw a modernization because of mall and a lot of jobs offered to my fellow tug. pips that they dont need to go Manila to work and earn.

Naalala ko yang Pasay dati jusko grabe holdapan. Dyan ko naranasan maholdap sa jeep dati bumaba lang yung mga holdaper sa highway na parang wala lang. Wala pang toll gate noon pa-Cavite.

Sir Steven, I love your humility just like Sir Henry Sy.
Customer service is felt all year round in SM Marilao upon entry the guards will salute. Knowing Marilao branch is not premium one but for masa. They never fail over a decade now. Maybe last Sunday only, it's understandable. The salute was like a welcome , respect, happy to see customer coming.
Ive been to other branches and different mallll from Metro to provinces but nothing beats this men. Consistency is hard to achieve like in baking. They NEVER FAIL!
Double salute to this men since 2010. Even the SM store manager herself is helpful , courteous. How many times I dont intend to buy things but hands are full, it's the manager herself will approach me especially Covid times. God bless them.
