@@vinayak5931 bro this Video has the most dumbest exercise i have ever seen i had a sprain for a week with severe pain im doing good now but i would recommend viewers who suffered from knocked knees like me to consult a gym trainer or physiotherapist .
@@darkansh2291 If you will do the exercises incorrectly , you will get sprains or injuries , if you don't do exercises regularly and did these exercises most probably you would find it difficult....
@@dharmendrakumarsingh9757 brother listen to me, I'm structurally stable just like everyone and I have watched this video in slow motion before doing this exercise and sadly I had a horrible muscle pull which made me rest on the bed for four days, maybe this exercise is for people who are 6 foot or above I don't know.
