Tbh his trace does give alot of crit rate and the cone also give quite alot of crit rate too so you can freely get the crit dmg sub and not too focus on crit rate
Tbf they used Glamoth and with 138 speed + Ruan Mei, that would go over the 145 needed for the extra atk%, so it isn't that bad...for me, its the cr/cd ratio. I very rarely get decent pieces when it comes to those stats lol

if we're talking on this specific MOC 12 then I ll go with TopASS on first half and Ruan Mei on 2nd tbh. Also proof of debt is very strong for FUA. So Silvie, Topaz and Ratio will be ideal.

Welt with the ensnare lc is able to apply 2 debuffs with skill immediately, 3 if he uses his technique. So he'll be a solid option.
pela good with the ensnare lightcone. Her ult will do its normal debuff and the lc debuff giving two debuffs on enemies
