The answer is simple. We don’t know what happens with non Muslims. Because we don’t know what’s in the hearts of man. Nor will we ever know. Only Allah does. Allah knows who is legitimately brainwashed and who should have known better and rejected the message. Simple as that. Only Allah knows what a person should or shouldn’t have known and whether they got the message or not.
You didnt even use the Quran at all let alone any narration.. He just keeps saying the 3oulama this and that.. Are you people Catholics or something you want to institutionalized the Deen. I dont care about any of your Shiekhs or how long their beard is mate.. Also Surat Al Baqara says "Surely those of the Christian's, the Jews and the Sabaenns, whoever believes in God and the Last day, and does good works, they will have their reward with their Lord. No fear shall come on them, neither shall they be grieved" can you explain this please by another verse not by other guys that told you something.
Question comes up a lot in dawah. My answer: Allah is just and no-one will go to hell who doesn't deserve it. Then I ask them if they're ready to stand before Rabb Al 3lameen and justify their beliefs on the day of judgment.

Allah says in Quran surah asr
بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ
1. وَٱلْعَصْرِ
2. إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ لَفِى خُسْرٍ
3. إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ
By (the Token of) Time (through the ages),Verily Man is in loss,Except such as have Faith, and do righteous deeds, and (join together) in the mutual teaching of Truth, and of Patience and Constancy.
"Indeed, those who disbelieve from the People of the Book and the polytheists will be in the Fire of Hell, to stay there forever. They are the worst of ˹all˺ beings" - Quran 98:6

1)I had heard that those who accept islam on their death bed that shahada is not valid since they only did it to protect them in the hereafter
2) what about ahlul kitaab that refrain from major sins what would their fate be ?

قال الإمام الألباني رحمه الله في [السلسلة الصحيحة 1/25 حديث (18)]:( وهذا سند صحيح رجاله كلهم ثقات معروفون، وطرح ابن معين لمحمد ابن أبي نعيم لا يتلفت إليه بعد توثيق أحمد وأبي حاتم إياه، لاسيما وقد توبع في إسناده).
وقال الشيخ في بيان فقهه: (( وفي هذا الحديث فائدة هامة أغفلتها عامة كتب الفقه؛ ألا وهي مشروعية تبشير الكافر بالنار إذا مر بقبره.

Test Data Can't speak for Taurus But i did lol...A Non-believer by choice can't ever enter paradise (That is if they died in disbelieve) Unless for the *Exceptional* cases of people not hearing the Message of Islam (In which they will be judged by God according to their merits) and as you know.... Exception don't make the rule!

I think these kinda questions should be asked to the real scholars . Respect to the brother but having a Ba degree does not not make you a sheikh or a scholars we have this problem in are time . Where the young ones are giving the status that they don't deserve.
Shaykh al-Fawzân: The scholars are known. Not all who got diplomas, graduate, memorise Hadîths and verses and read books are scholars with understanding. The scholars with understanding are known amongst the people. But many people only want that which suits them. He looks for that which suits him even if he were to get an answer from the most ignorant or most deviant people. What is most important is that he gets what suits him and his desire. It is a great error and especially today. The scholars are few. There are few scholars with understanding unlike those who read who are many. There are many who read but the scholars with understanding are few. The prophet (sallâ Allâhu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said [what means]:
“Allâh does not seize this knowledge by pulling it out from the chests of men. It is seized by the death of the scholars. When there then are no scholar left, the people take the ignorant as leaders who in turn will answer without knowledge and go astray and lead others astray.”
We fear that this has started today. We therefore have to be vigilant, apprehensive and observant. We have to choose the scholars and trustworthy who live today as good as we can. As for the early scholars, then they have past away. But one should stick to the best of those (who are) alive:
فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
“So fear Allah as much as you are able”
(64:16, interpretation of the meaning
A K, actually having a degree is something of value. it does confer knowledge. plus the Sheikh doesn't give his opinion, he quotes scholars from the past and gives a balanced view by clarifying differences of opinions of scholars.
this is much better than sticking with a scholar and rejecting all other opinions

Scholars are the heirs of prophets, and prophets left no Dinar or Dirham but they left knowledge and anyone who takes it will be among the fortunate. It is authentically reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "If Allah wants to do good to a person, He makes them comprehend the religion." (Agreed upon by Al-Bukhari and Muslim) This important Hadith shows us the excellence of comprehending religion.Comprehending religion includes understanding the Qur'an, the Sunnah and Islam. Islam covers the basics of Shari`ah, Allah's Ordainments, His Prohibitions, a servant's duty towards Allah and other servants and Allah's fear, glorification and watchfulness. In fact, the first step towards attaining knowledge is fearing Allah, honoring His Sanctities, and being mindful of Him in all deeds. Funny how u give your opinion, and your opinion is that this question shouldnt be answerd by the teacher in the video. How did u come to the conclusion that this question should only be answerd by scholars?
