This movie is excellent it followed the true story of Priscilla as it was told soon after the divorce in the 70s and nothing is made up or changed to look good it's real and it's as it was .
The 1988 Elvis and Me tv movie was so much better. Susan Walters played Priscilla, and Dale Midkiff played Elvis. I felt like that had more details. I know this is just a remake of that. I didn't mind the actors but I felt like Priscilla in this movie could say more than hmm mm.

I just shook my head with my imaginary glass of red wine when someone would try and make excuses for Elvis’ perverting of Priscilla “well he IS the king of rock n roll”…I’m sorry Karen, but if he was other than skin colored white, would y’all be making the same argument?? SHE WAS 14 WHEN HE WAS NEARLY 25 WHEN THEY MET, let alone freaking DATE! Love the movie, however, and Sofia just KNOWS how to capture YOUNG GIRLS’ loneliness so well, that if that was lost on you in the viewing of ‘Priscilla’ then…🙃 she really did leave “the king” for a life of her own.

It is also why he had to go on tour again, to make the money to pay her. I wish someone would write a movie about who the real Priscilla Beaulieu is!
