You can! Just get a blank CD-R, burn it, and you’re good to go! Just make sure you have a memory card with freePSXboot on it, or if you’re playing on a PS2, make sure it’s 39000 or lower, and even then, you need tonyhax memory card, and a non burned compatible game
Hard to believe how much it changed, though you still get the toms and the harp just before it loops. But man, the final version was so much catchier and became so iconic. Pretty much became the defining theme of the franchise for a little while
People in the comments not realizing this is the Under Pressure demo 💀(I find this superior to the actual track, though I respect that for having a Crash 1-esque atmospheric kind of feeling to it)
@@DamnZtar No, while both are being developed before the final release, alpha is a way earlier state than beta. The jump from alpha to beta can be pretty big, beta versions usually are closer to the final version in terms of differences but alpha can be extremely different. Basically alpha is the earlier state of the development.
@@sebastiankulche It could be, i think some people think it's kinda creepy or mysterious because it's like a lost track, there is something kinda creepy about that. Like, i find lost media to be kinda creepy sometimes, check out the video for the original Shrek, it's very weird and different from the Shrek we got, it is pretty creepy. But yeah, i actually like this track, it does feel incomplete though, like it wasn't finished.

@@Keglton !
for those that dont know, this track is used in crash bandicoot 3: warped demo start that you can find in spyro the dragon
NightFallen it also plays in the game’s official website
@@amaurayford7490 I found it anyway, thanks for nothing, useless.

When I was playing the alpha, I started to like this track. It’s such a Crash 2 vibe. It’s nice, but the original is still the best
I agree
Wdym original this was a demo
@@lyosmoly i mean the official theme
this song was also used in some E3 footage of this game I believe in the warp room
In the water level
So should have been used in Crash 4's title screen and Dimensional Map
I would have really liked that actually, the games actual theme isn’t that interesting
Now the alpha was found
I wish these early builds could somehow be put on discs to be played on authentic hardware.

Damn i was looking for this tune for a long time. I heard it somewhere 15 years ago and i was like perhaps this was the Japanese version

Wow the music
Awesome music!
When ur in purgatory
The original is iconic, but this one is better. It was also featured on the demo inside Spyro The Dragon
True I like that one too. Thanks for visiting Casketkrusher :)
keep up the good work
ok thats cool :D
@DriggA I know, lol
It's a shame there isn't a alpha version of Crash 3 rom like how Crash 2 did.
Now it was found a few days ago!
They found Crash 3 alpha now! But sadly we only got the beta version for CB2 :(
@@HeavyRaidenisn’t alpha and beta the same?

I personally like this theme better than the final one.
This music plays also in the Spyro The Dragon game
Am I the only one who finds it a little creepy?
beautifully creepy
How it's creepy?
Purgatory music
@@HeavyRaiden More than creepy i would say it has a "mystery aura".
