Freediving training for Deep Week 2020!

In today's video I dive at Cabbage Tree Bay. We found a few Wobbegongs and started training for Deep Week in April 2020 with some bubble rings and static dives.

It’s a red rock cod which is related to the stonefish but less poisonous 🙂 Glad you’re enjoying the vids! 🤙

I think there was one of your video's l asked how long do you stay under, also 1:45 is nice time, l am stuck on 1 min on 25 meters (pool) either static or monofin 🙈 doing apnea walks is easier 🤣 66 steps longer distance in 0:52 sec.

Estelle 1:25 is pretty good! How long have you been diving and how often? I always find that my biggest increases in breath hold come after a few weeks diving a few times a week 😁

Estelle also apnea walks are great training but so painful right! 😂

Just playing with my monofin in a pool. Was told to use snorkel and mask and not to "freedive" alone.
Only started with this in October this year and go once a week on my off day.. the apnea walks.. l do at work my friends think it is hillerious but l beat them in breatholds 3 min haha.. l might do a course but l am stuck to witch company to use.. most of the top freedivers are or aida or molchanovs l have been chatting to some l am tipping for aida not of company but by instructor.. extremely friendly.. thats worse l dont want to choose, then l dissapoint the others that also help me out with Q's & A's 😭 so for now l will researh more as l still have more Q's to be A's..
