@@Artoftheguppie Thanks. I meant where the dog harness attaches to the sulky. I've been building one for a couple months, and I'm trying to figure out how to finish the tongue end so it attaches to your harness I ordered. :) I appreciate your help.
I wana get into dog cart pulling due to my " inherited " " puppy" ( year old mali/ german shep mastiff / lab. Lol. He is huge and not enough exercise and manners cause hes bored. I have hip pain and cant walk him the time and distance he needs. So i thought train him to a cart..( i weigh about 120..he weighs 75 + lbs and growing ..if he can pull metal trailor home porch down the road with ease..lol im sure he can pull me no problem. 4 stairs going down thr road at a good clip..funny now but not then..they are heavy. Pulled a guy 175 lbs walking him around me 127 . Lol he needs to have a " job" .

What's the nominal size of the rod end bearings you use?
The rod I use for the axle is 5/8 in solid steel rod the wheels have bearings built in.
