Guerlain would even ask for a review or insight regarding the customized purchase but when I wrote my disappointment they say they can’t put it on the website 😅oh, of course coz its not a nice review 😬🤦🏻♀️🤣 so what’s the point of asking for one… they would only display the nice reviews ofc 😅 they didn’t even have the audacity to say sorry or empathize with my disappointment 😟😏
