Amazon gives you two different options. They give you the individual account, which is free or they give you the professional account, which costs $39.99 a month.
Now for the free option, you don’t have to pay them anything every month but you do pay them every time you make a sale, and that’s 99 cents per sale. With the professional account that costs $39.99, you don’t pay them an individual fee every time you make a sale. So if you do the math, if you’re gonna sell more than 40 products or 40 orders a month, it makes sense to go ahead and get a professional account.

The next thing to look at is your inventory, and by far, that is going to be your biggest expense starting this business. Now there is no right or wrong or maximum or minimum that you can start with, Amazon doesn’t care.
The next thing you need to look at is your shipping. Now normally, we include the shipping into the product cost. So if I say the cost for one of my products is $5, when I say that, that includes what I pay the manufacturer and that includes anything in order to import that product to the country to sell it. The shipping fees and any kind of duties and taxes. But if you wanna try to figure out exactly what the shipping costs are, you can do that pretty easily by going to a site like freightos.com. They’re a completely free service.

If I only order say 300 to 500 units and their selling fast and I reorder more how long does it take to get from China to Amazon in the USA or Canada?(reorder time assuming my inventory is low). You can use a virtual business address. It's a monthly service you can pay for. It's roughly 10-15 bucks per month.

How are you supposed to make money when barcodes are 250 the product cost itself and amazonf fees...
If im selling a hundred units of the same dog collar do i need a bar code for each collar? And you its $250 for 10 bar codes . Is tht 10 of the same bar code ?
If it is the exact same collar, no. If you offer that collar in different colors or sizes, yes.

Wholesale is the act of buying product in bulk at a discounted price PER item. Example: in the market, tide pods cost 15$ each. If u get 2 of them in the market u pay 30$ plus tax. When u wholesale u open an account with tide and instead of paying 15$ for one box of tide pods u they may sell them to you for 5$ each so now for 30$ u can get 6 boxes instead of 2. And then u resell them for more then u paid and profit. Drop shipping is the act of holding/selling a product from another location other than the one you’re in. Essentially Amazon is nothing but a big drop shipping cooperation. People buy things wholesale get it shipped to the Amazon warehouse where they store and ship the product for u at a low cost
