Great interview with the Queen. We need to save the future, save the vulnerable underdog upcoming artists from narcissistic gatekeepers, save them from going through the same abuse .. I wonder what the ara thunder wanted to discuss , I hope she watches this, may God help and uphold us all as we all walk in our creativity 🙏🏽
This is an in-depth interview that I listened to in recent time. Hun,Ara is really factual and straight to the point. But one thing I really want to point out from this interview for the sake of upcoming artists is that it's always good to listen to one's parents. That's why the yorubas have a saying that, what an elder see why sitting down a young person will not see it even if he climbs a palm tree. Therefore, we should learn to sometimes listen to the wisdom and ingenuity of our parents.
Not mentioning the name of her abuser it’s still in a way protecting the son of a gun. Others might not be as lucky as you, madam. Expose the idiot and let him deal with the consequence of his manipulative and abusive ways…. Nice interview by the way. Totally enjoyable.👏👏👏👏
Dele Dele, i don't even know where to start. You're as good as your brilliant guests. We need to know a little about you too. I've paid close attention to you and your path of questionings. You're quite objective and vigilant to stray responses, funny enough Ara gave you exactly what makes a lovely session. Congrats!
This is a very emotional episode, I felt so bad that Ara went through all these, no wonder she was never at any time socializing with other celebrities.
Wow! What a guest? What a story! Surprisingly, this is the first time I've ever heard of this guest, despite my advanced years. Her journey and story resonates so much and provides powerful lessons to aspiring performers who cares to listen and take heed. Well done for this one, @ Dele. More grease to your elbow. The big question however does remain. I.e. How do we collectively put a STOP to these chain of abusers hiding in plain sight? Any ideas; especially when big organisations keep giving them exposures and recognitions; and giving them a sense of being larger than life????
This makes me really sad , she was exploited badly . I pray you recover all . I happened to meet some of your band members in the State. Good talented guys .
Her story was so touching and left me badly sad. Anyway God's knows everything that's hidden to human being. Karma is real we should always be our bro/ sis keeper. Thank you chief Agbaletu more grease to your elbow with plenty billions alert.
The name, Funke Olayode, may not necessarily ring a bell. But music lovers will recall with nostalgia how her song, To ba joun togba, made waves some years ago. The song was the Yoruba version of Canadian singer, Celine Dion’s hit track, If that’s what it takes, and it resonated with fans because of Olayode’s smooth voice and Yoruba lyrics. At the height of her career, she was dubbed ‘African Celine Dion’. However, the singer abruptly disappeared from the radar and many wondered what could have become of her.
This is very nice. Agbaletu, I am sure you are a Talented Interviewer. Ara knows what she has got from God. Ara is a True Celebrity, in art, talent and Character
Ara please agree that you were abused. Yes, you were given the opportunity you wanted there but it was for a selfish purpose. I love you Ara. About that time I saw it that you were going into depression, even though I never met you physically but I sensed you were going through a lot. Please continue speak your truth. I love you. Don’t forget to see a therapist too.
Nigeria Senators and House of Reps, this is one area the Nigeria money is needed for the interest of the public for the betterment of the whole nation. Make the Laws and deal with the perpetrators. You Do Not Need any Evidence other than the Submision of the Statement of Experience as the Facts. If you don't act, Ile a bi gbogbo yin leere.
Happy 50th Birthday to you today, 23rd January, 2025. You're indeed a blessing not only to the world of arts, tradition, culture and music, but to womanhood and humanity in general. You're one in billions. Moral mirror 🎉❤🎉
comment section is calm...uneventful...even in the face of blatant disregard for this lady's sanity if na some artiste name dem mention now here go don catch fire the hypocrisy stinks to high heavens for ara,may her cup of peace get fuller by the day God dey for sure
There should be a Group of Patrotic and Honest Lawyers to get together against the Nigeria Artists Promoters Abusers. The Gaps in the Senators' and the House of Reps Job Descriptions' shows in this ordeal Experience of Ara. A State Law is written based on the Acts of the citizens. The Country here writes and amends over 2000 Legisltions per Year.
She's a special being "Akanda" that's why she sees a lot in her dream. Most of our artists (male and female) are going through a lot in the hands of record label owners and movie producers, most of them are too wicked and fetish. That guy eyes was sacrificed and thrown into the sea to cover up. We should mind ola ti an fi toro. I've disobeyed my father on choice of marriage, i suffered until I left , my parents didn't help me so I could face the consequences of my actions, i thank God I also found grace.
Beautiful and nice interview haven't said that I wish Sherifat can go back to her first love if he is still interested because that man she call her first Love is the real OKO GIDI .
To,all of this...its, merely confirms that not all grass are green 💚💚💚... surely...the law of rebrutive justice ⚖️⚖️⚖️ shall always catch up with all sinisterly minded individuals... it's a pitiable situation... but, the Lord, will continue to be your strength and protector... again,Mr. Dele.... thanks for all you do... and, your esteem staff members equally... kudos 👍👍👍
She left many things unsaid, the so called platform ruined her , she should write her autobiography,. The evil that men does always live after them, thier children children ll suffer from the same fate
I don't know if Wale Akinboboye is still available to respond, as this is not the first time she has leveled these allegations... Well done 👍🏿 Ara U are a great drummer
Wow! My Life! My Uncle Was Called “Alufagbe”.. My Grandfather King William Omosola Agunbiade erected a Huge Drum back then for His Grandchildren to Beat
These gatekeepers don’t think about the big picture and the future, the karma that will bounce back on their descendants ehn .. hmm , when they or their kids start having issues in life’, no one will now know the origin but this is why. Every seed has an harvest. Won ba aye omolomo je, won de ro pe o ma gbadun fun won. Otiooo
This Lady has been tortured!! Nigeria Senators and House of Reps Pls, STOP this. Look into this, look into MohBad's death, Look into the attitude of only one Fuji Icon want to be, while others should not rise. Look into creating Laws that will assess the mental Health Capacity, mental health Disorders of anyone who wants to be a controller of a talent.
The senators and house of reps aren't different from these people, our leaders are our reflections, the average Nigerian likes to take advantage of people.
@bankymoonb7765 oversabi dey worry you too , yoruba land is not in Nigeria alone but Benin republic, Togo and part of Ghana. For your information I"m 💯 Yoruba man from Benin republic not your Nigeria.

So emotional interview Down to earth She went through a lot but God was with her. Very candid interview
The story really touched me,and i was emotional crying with everything, the man is so wicked and cruel
Sadly, he isn't the only one out there. It is a culture within that industry.
This is so touching. I am glad to were able to scale through. The sky is the limit Ara!
Thank you for telling his story. I remember growing up. Ara, God bless you. You should claim compensation from that producer. God will fight for you.
Beautiful woman with self respect,God will definitely provide you a good hearted husband that will be yours for life ❤

Happy birthday, Sherry A.K.A. Wish you more prosperous years IJN. Your story is touching and emotional. The Lord is your strength.
She's beautiful.❤❤
Mr Dele, she agrees means she is very appriative of the opportunities but the treatment is very wrong. The man should be pay for all the damages
Her story was so touching and left me badly sad.
Anyway God's knows everything that's hidden to human being. Karma is real we should always be our bro/ sis keeper.

Very interesting interview.
God bless you my dear Aralola 🎉. May the Lord continue to increase your greatness. Awa la lorin ni ilu Ondo.
May thy lord continue to keep you sister ARA and provide for you your heart desires
This lady is very correct with the names she mentioned in Ondo. Baba lopacome. The man real name is lopade. She my sister from ONDO KINGDOM KINGDOM
This is very nice. Agbaletu, I am sure you are a Talented Interviewer. Ara knows what she has got from God. Ara is a True Celebrity, in art, talent and Character
The man should be charged for physical and sexual abuse.
That kind of man could only get away with all his atrocities in a country like Nigeria
Why am I so angry with that promoter? This Lady has a pure heart.I believe she will still end up greater.
This is very emotional story and conversation. Of course, Ayan àkọ́kọ́ was a woman ❤
Very beautiful woman. Happy 50th Birthday, Ara. Thank God for your life.
Happy birthday to you 👑 ARA 👑 respect ✌🏻
What a touching sad story 😢

Don't worry yourself God will give peace of mind and grace who ever that treated you bad he will not go free
Can you make this in a book? You have our supports. The man will not go unpunished.

When Wizkid said that he left E.M.E without a dime in his account, people thought he was lieing. These things do happen.
God's your strength sis💪💪
So sad a story. The man was diabolic. Ara may God restore all you've lost. I've followed Ara for year but I'm so surprised about what I heard.
The man should be in jail.
Agbaletu......
Happy Birthday My Beautiful Sister
GOD BLESS YOU
Please where's the lady funke celidion now
What a resilient woman. The Lord shall restore you in Jesus name.
She is already restored. She won't have given this interview without being so.
Otunba Wanle Akinboboye
Took advantage of her vulnerability..Karma will definitely visit you Mr record label owner
Happy 50th Birthday to you today, 23rd January, 2025. You're indeed a blessing not only to the world of arts, tradition, culture and music, but to womanhood and humanity in general. You're one in billions. Moral mirror 🎉❤🎉
Chances are that, she’s ok physically but the fact that our society believes that when things are going wrong, someone must be responsible. It’s sad
Happy birthday ARA
comment section is calm...uneventful...even in the face of blatant disregard for this lady's sanity
if na some artiste name dem mention now here go don catch fire
the hypocrisy stinks to high heavens
for ara,may her cup of peace get fuller by the day
God dey for sure
Funke Olayode lives in Ogbomoso (Oyo State) now. That is her home town and she live each day as it comes; engaged in petty trading.
Agbaman, music is your soul.
Why is it that some people like to take advantage, her manager was manipulative
It's a power and spiritual manipulation thing. They are life wreckers. They are EVIL. They do it to boys and men too.
Oloriburuku okunrin yen fi (agbara ba omo yi soro ni)
People can be wicked to their own detriment. If they allowed her grow, it would have been to their advantage as well.
❤❤❤❤Ara may the Almighty God Jesus have you 🙏 Amen ijn.
Much more love 💘 ❤️ ❤❤
Otunba is not going to end well. Ara dosent know how to lie and she can tell this same story 100 times again and she will still say it the same way.
I enjoyed the session, too..
She is so pretty
That platform did nothing but exploit you as a young woman.
There's nothing to appreciate about the platform.😢😢😢

Happy Birthday to you Ara, I personally think you need to give Ordinary President a call. She can fight for you. God bless you sister.
To the Record Labelman: All the Evils done are Adiye Irana, ti kiise ohun Ajegbe. And I am Saying to you Ogbe Fi Ohun F'olohun.
