My First Flight Attendant Meal Prep | Eating Healthy in the Sky

I started a new health program and so there are certain things I am allowed to eat and not eat! I had to figure out items I could take with me and eat on the plane or in my hotel room!
These are the items I decided to bring with me on my last trip to be able to stick to my plan and eat healthy!

Put a piece of paper towel on top of your salad. It soaks up the moisture. This is something my Great Aunt taught me and it’s a great tip.
