As an American, I was in and around Utrecht, Holland, many, many years ago; and, I can tell you bicycling is "HUGE" there, as it can be seen beginning at the 0:44 second mark. All the public and tourist places look like they're all holding bicycling conventions in the area. So, Travis is not a renegade here in any sense of the word.
