This was so interesting and very inspiring. It is amazing how creative people can be. Also I have been to Cirque du soleil and how they rebranded never dawned on me. This was such a high quality video!
This has got to be one of my favorite videos of yours, Vicky! The students succeeding at the $5 Challenge reminded me a bit of Captain Kirk on "Star Trek" beating the Kobayashi Maru test by reprogramming it. It's such a powerful way to look at problems, by re-framing the entire situation, by taking a broader view of your assets.

Bought a property a couple of years ago that uses propane heat but have been heating that home with electric since it was bought because the price of propane went up so much after I had it filled shortly after buying the property. The home has used no propane in several years, and the company that owns the tank wants to charge rental fees for it just sitting there. I have let them know they can come and get it, but they first have to emty the tank. I was informed there was a 250.00 dollar fee for the pumping. I asked them how much they were going to pay me for the fuel, and it has to be market rate. Now they will be coming to get the tank and paying me several hundred to take it. If I had not asked, I am pretty sure I would have been paying the fee and losing the fuel. I only paid 250 for the fuel in the tank, so I am out nothing. It is videos like this one that have kept me thinking as a business in more and more areas of my life. There is a lot to gain from watching business videos even if you only have small amounts of money coming off of transactions.

Love this example. Like you said, it’s not necessarily about the amount of money but the mindset we choose to see a “problem”!
