Unfortunately she didn’t hear anything and they ended up having a casual chat. He even blocked her from going to the house claiming Chantelle wasn’t in and he locked his keys inside. Tina seeing Gray was excellently done, because Tosh and him were cut from the exact same cloth.
I remember watching this it was hard to watch but it was important because abusers like tosh think they can hide who they truly are and can get away with abuse. A lot of people said oh why didn't Tina just leave and go to her family. Well as a person who has survived domestic abuse it is not so easy to walk away and leave your partner. They make you feel trapped and convinced that you cant live without them. I felt i deserved everything he did. But i realise now that i didn't. I deserved to be loved and to feel safe and to be treated well. A very good friend helped me to get out. I'm glad that Tina got out as well. Very good acting from Luisa Bradshaw-White and Rebecca Scroggs. Thank you both of you for helping to raise awareness of domestic abuse
I don't agree with Tosh beating Tina up, but Tina should have just told her the truth straight away about the watch, lying only made it look worse than it was
So Tina can now beat up Ian Beale, who is a man in his 50s, and couldn't defend herself against a 40+ year old woman here, yep, she sure toughened up a hell of a lot, within 6 years.
