I remember this brand as a kid in the 80s. Just learned that the original company was in Oakland CA. Then Snak king bought the brand in 2000 en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Granny_Goose
I grew up in the Bay Area near Oakland. Had some uncles work at the Granny Goose plant. We used to get the big bags like these at Pac N Save. More like a warehouse grocery store. Huge bag that had two smaller bags inside! It was worth every affordable cent. I actually clicked your video because I wanted know if they still did the two smaller bags inside the one big one. Guess not. Great video. I once spent 300 dollars on chips from around the world through Amazon. My boss' bday and he is a chip fanatic. Ireland, and Thailand both had some of my favorites.
These are at every 99 Cent Only store for $1 a bag (a normal size bag of chips). Its been so long since ive gone into one I cant remember if they sell those huge party size bags too.
The name only Granny Goose makes me want to buy them and after you tasting them, I definitely would love to buy them. Thanks for a terrific review. They’re a hit! Have a fantastic day......this was a fun review.....
Wow those bags are massive and definitely worth the price. I love all the varieties you guys have access too and wouldn’t hesitate in trying these. I like both of those flavours so either get a 👍🏻. Thanks for the review.
Granny Goose also has Sour Cream & Onion potato chips. Amazon sells then in pack of 12 - 5 ounce bags but they are expensive. I have not seen them in any of our stores.
I grew up with these chips, they used to come in smaller bags though. I tried the barbecue again a couple of weeks ago and did not like them at all I threw away the whole bag. Maybe because I bought them at Grocery outlet they were not as fresh.
The ruffles ones tasted like they had a hint of asian or reminded me of asian, like they were cooked in some asian oil. i wouldn't mind more salt. I'd get these again
I live in California and I always see them at the 99 Cents Only Store for $1.00 I've never really tried them because I'm a absolute sucker when it comes to chips I love Lay's. I'm sure these Granny Goose chips are good though and for $1.00 where I live you can't beat the price. (: Granny Goose also sells buttered popcorn and cheddar popcorn I've been wanting to try the cheddar popcorn but every time I go to the store they are always sold out. I'm also a total cheese lover and I absolutely love popcorn when I watch movies at home.
Love their products always have

I’ve bought them at a local store in California for $1.00 each. They also have sour cream and onion, cheese curls and cheddar popcorn.
That's an incredible deal.

Love those giant bags. I like to eat plain chips with a glass of milk.
I usually enjoy plain chips with some soda or water.
Milk???? Lol that’s so odd
